Dissolve 4 levelled scoops (9g) / approx. 3 teaspoons of the powder FitLine Gelenkfit (Gelenk-Fit) in a cold liquid (250 ml) once a day and drink it. If you use water, use still water.

Additional special tips:

Besonders sinnvoll ist die Kombination von Gelenkfit mit dem Resto Mineralgetränk. Beides kann zusammen in ein Glas Wasser gegeben und getrunken werden.
