Usage info and tips about C-Balance
You put the contents of one sachet (5 g powder) FitLine C-Balance in a glass and pour about 150 ml of still water to it. The water should have room temperature. It is best not to use very cold or hot water, because this is unfavorable for the solubility of the powder.
Then stir the drink until the powder is dissolved. You should ideally drink C-Balance 10 minutes
before a meal.
The interval to a meal should not be greater, but in case of doubt can be
shorter than the 10 minutes.
You can take 1 to 2 servings of C-Balance daily before each carbohydrate-containing meal.
