Usage info and tips about the product

Add the powder of one sachet D Drink to a glass of still water, stir well and drink it 1x a day continuously for 14 days. It is best to let the drink swell for a few minutes, the fiber will swell and the drink will become thicker.
You should drink your drink independently of food or other products. For example, first thing in the morning before breakfast, or in the afternoon with a few hours between lunch and dinner. Always drink enough water throughout the day during this 14-day program.

Additional special tips:

• Also recommended during a phase of fat loss, during a dietary change or as a small "spring cure".
